Salary: S$1800 - 2200
Job Responsibilities:
- To handle order management from order to invoice in a timely manner & maintain accuracy of customer information
- To ensure price and price policy in system for customers is accurate
- To be responsible for the invoice document accuracy
- To negotiate delivery requirements with customer when it is not within the order lead-time
- To provide personalized and timely response to customers and monitor delivery status & coordinate with respective team to achieve prompt delivery/shipment to customers
- To promote company brand independently and/or jointly with distributor & develop new customers and maintain existing customers
- To conduct market research and information
- To provide sales forecasts/estimates
- To monitor payment schedules of customers
Job Requirements:
- A Level / Diploma Holder in Business Admin or Purchasing Management.
- Pleasant personality with positive mind set and passionate about the business field
- Able to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
- Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills coupled with customer service excellence
- Have a minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience
- Team Player, Independent and Resourceful
- Ableto work independently, with high level of motivation and service mindset
- Be able to network at all levelsand have a desire to exceed expectations with capability to develop excellent customer leads and build Channel partnersand expand customer base
- PC literate with Proficiency in Microsoft Office and have a strong knowledge of and interest in automobiles
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm; Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm
