Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in preparation of Quotation
· Answer and provide assistance to incoming telephone or walk-in inquires.
· Liaise with Marketing/Sales Department on sales and orders processing.
· Plan and monitor orders and delivery schedule.
· Prepare documentation such as invoices, collection notes, delivery notes and etc. and follow up on sales process.
· Prepare manual/system quotation for submission to customer.
· Coordinate freight and shipments.
· Liaise with forwarding and shipping agents.
· To provide clerical support between departments and customers.
· To perform filing duties of all sales related documents.
· Answering of telephone calls.
· Other administration documentation as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Possess minimum O level/ Diploma in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
· Knowledge of Import/Export procedures and shipping documentation is an added advantage
· Knowledge in strategic goods control is an added advantage
· Meticulous and has an eye for detail
· Good interpersonal & communication skills
· Pleasant personality with good working attitude
· Proficient in MS Office and competent computer skills
